AND I got Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird and Traveling Mercies today. Started with the birdies and am INTRIGUED. :)

YES! I have read all of her non-fiction. Just finished Bird by Bird this week, actually! Pauline, is it still true that people can use the bathroom wherever they want in Germany? My grandparents lived there for two years in the 70's and apparently that was the case then, we were wondering if it still reigns true. :)
